    Create a second option for Public holidays to launch a Digital Receptionist and not just play a message. or allow multiple IVR's against a DID/incoming rule dependent on time or day so different options can be presented to the caller automatically based on the Day and Time they call

    For subsideries different holiday plans are very important also more than one option for opening times
