Hi all

I being having problems connecting from the office to any external phone. So I have replaced the firewall with a draytek 2820 and also I checked the firewall amd everthing seems ok. I was having problems with the stun server before I changed the router but now everything showing ok. I also check and set all the setting the same as 3cx shows.

At the moment I have a desk phone and a softphone external I ring each one external and get nothing. It rings but the other phone does't no its ringing but if I use the desk phone to ring into the office everyhting works fine. I put the desk phone on the DMZ but that has made much diffrence

It looks like you are placing a call to two instances of ext 310 at two different locations, and one is ending the call. First off, get it working with one extension registered at a time. The remote extensions do not need to be in DMZ as long as they are using STUN. If there are still issues, and you suspect the router at the 3CX end, then put that PC in DMZ.

Please paste versbose logs, there is some information that seems to be missing, however the phone is for some reason rejecting the call.
