Solved Push at ios 3CX Client has stopped working!

    HI all,

    Push to our iPhones has been working for a long time - but now it has stopped. Same server (all services are running) same network, samt firewall same users.

    I have reinstalled the 3CX app - from a new welcome email - but NO luck.

    Anybody with an idea to why it has stopped working and what I can do to make it work again?

    Hello @BirchDK

    Did you update to the latest iOS Push Certificate? If not then go to your PBX and perform updates so you can get the latest cert.

    @Marios Neophytou - I'm still on V14 - all looks like it's up-to-date - I'll updated the certificates 8 months ago.

    For me is the same with version 14.0 IOS PUSH notification Stop working, any solution?!

    Hello,

    Unfortunately v14 is no longer supported. In order to have Push working you need to move to V15 or V15.5 as the new update for Push Cert is only for V15 and V15.5.

    Where can we find the v15 v15.5 certificate. ?

    Hello,

    Just to make my self clear.
    3CXPhone system version 14 is not longer supported by 3CX - i.e. no latest updates in general.
    In order to have the latest updates you must update to V15 or V15.5 . If you need further instruction on how to do so, then please contact 3CX support.
