PUSH not working

    I have properly configured PUSH notifications as 3CX instructions link.

    But even tought when the Android Device screen goes off, after 10-15 secs it disconnects and says push is no avaliable.

    Do I have to do something special on the extension side to work properly?

    Hi,

    did you provision the 3cx mobile client with the welcome email ? If the 3cx client is not provisioned with the welcome email you will not receive any PUSH notifications.
    If after this the PUSH is not working you may check on the C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs, 3CXDialer.log file.
    You will see the message " sent push request: " and if the PUSH Project is configured properly you will see a reply from Google
    " GCM response: OK OK " .

    Seems to be wortking now after reprovisioning via welcome mail, thanks for all help!
