Solved Push Notification Not Working

    Hi,

    Currently push notifications have stopped working on my iPhone 7 Plus running IOS 10.1.1 with the latest 3CX Client.

    I have checked all settings and this does not work when connected internally in the office or when on 3G/4G. I have had a member of staff who has Android and his push notifications have also stopped. We are running 3CX Phone System with SP2. Is there a specific service that may need a restart? as all options on the extensions are set to allow push notifications and also verified our google api for it's push settings.

    Hello there,

    Please navigate to the update section of the management console and check if in the "Other" tab of the updates if the new push certificate for IOS is installed.

    Hi,

    I have installed the updated certificate when I upgraded to SP2. I have checked the updates section again and only have SP3 available along with phone firmware updates.

    OK So I have updated to v15 SP3 this evening and tested push notifications again. Now all of a sudden push notifications appear to be working again after the update.

    Is there anything extra in SP3 apart from the codec update that may have resolved this issue? as this seams odd that after the update the notifications are now back.
