Push notification suddenly not working

    Hi,

    I have installed a 3CX test environment it worked fine. Since a couple of days is not working anymore. I can receive calls on the iphone when I have activated the app, but there is no push notification. So if I'm not active in the app, the iPhone/Android do not ring. There was no change in configuration.

    The log file for the PUSH service is C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\3CXDialer.log .

    Also check the PUSH is enabled for the extensions in the Extension Settings in the Management Console.
