Pushing for IOS not working

    Hi All,

    Our 3CX v15 pushing service for IOS stopped working . Based on my research i need to update the IOS cert . Could you anyone tell how exactly to update cert?

    When logged into the admin console - click on the Updates button (blue in colour) , and you will see all updates for the system

    If the IOS push certificate is available please download it and send new welcome emails to your IOS users

    Thanks all for the help . I don't see any update related to IOS push certificate . Does it mean the cert is actrually the latest ? Or i missed the update?

    Can you see any other updates? If yes then that means that you have the latest certificate.
    Try sending new welcome emails to the IOS users and see if that works
