I'm writing a .NET WCF wrapper around the 3CX API. My problem is that there is no method available to place a call on hold from the PBXConnection object. I can make calls, drop them etc and all works fine. Do I need to transfer the call to a star code or is there another way?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA

Ah, sorry, I was mistaken, I thought your'e talking about puttnig on parking orbit. No, you can not put anyone on hold. There's no ability in SIP protocol to tell a phone that it is one who puts other side on hold, so we can not implement 3rd party put on hold. To implement it we need standard CTI to all devices. There's no such standard yet, as far as I know.
