Q button behaviour + Q-manager

    Can someone confirm behaviour below is correct and as per 3cx design or are we experiencing some glitch or incorrect setup?

    Agent is available and logged IN a queue. By pressing Q - agent can almost instantly log IN and OUT from queue as he/she wants.

    Q-Manager can log this agent IN and OUT of a queue, however Agent's Q button becomes ignored(not-working) if Q-Manager logs Agent OUT. Agent can use Q button again only, once the Q-manager log Agent back into queue.

    Is there any settings for this behaviour?

    Hello @bboydewil

    when a queue manager logs an agent out of a specific queue then the agent can log him self back into the queue from the switchboard.
    He has to select the specific queue right click on him self and log back in. Ha can not do this from the "Q" button as that is for all queues
