Hi,

We have our Q's set up and about ready to go. We have 3Q's. If a guest calls the Sales Q then you can see them in the "Callee" column. If we then transfer them to a different Q. We are unable to see that call. Is there a way you can add a tab that shows which caller is in which Q.

Is your extension assigned as one of the agents for the second queue?
 
Two ways to see all calls. Have all extensions within the same extension group. Regardless of calls you should see the call. The other way is to be either a manager or agent of the other queues and you will see the calls of the other queues

Hmmm, okay I will try that, thank you.

The other thing was "Call Back" if someone is in the Q and selects callback. You cannot see them anymore in the Q. It does ring when they are next in line but the call just disappears. We want to be able to see what call has requested a callback
