Q-Manager view

    In the Q-Manager view, all agents are shown either logged in or logged out. There is no way to only show logged in agents to day.

    But if you have a lot of agents it would make it easier if you could choose to only view logged-in agents

    Hi, on incoming calls I can force the 3CX client to pop-up. Is there any way also to include the Q-Manager view to pop-up at the same time?
