Que Calls in Presence

    No matter how big you make the Que Calls window (floating, tabbed etc..) it will only show 6 agents. The second box in the window does not seem to stretch to fill the space.

    On my Presence, it doesn't show the Queues at all. It shows Active Calls and the extension groups only. Is there something special you need to do to get the Queues to show up?

    Hi left,

    In order to see queue calls there are 2 methods which you can use:

    1. be an agent of the queue and have the option can see group calls enabled in the users extension rights.
    2. be a queue manager (no need to be added as an agent of the queue). You can do this by the queue settings window in the 3CX Management Console
