Query Call Information

    I have a 3CX server v15 and soft clients installed on the PCs.
    I have a requirement where I want to know when calls arrive and when calls end, call durations and information such as how many agents online, how many in queue.
    I need this information to an intranet which runs in the same network as the 3CX.

    What are the best options I have to get these information, API?

    Kindly please provide links to any SDK/API if you have to help me out.
