Question about outbound Caller ID

    So, I just called one of my other offices which is not on 3cx. They are within a hotel, so I think they have an extension off the hotels system.
    My system uses a Patton SN4940 to adapt my (?? PRI maybe) to Ethernet and we are on v11 SP3.

    The people in this remote office said whenever we call them, the name of the person shows up. I was pretty sure CenturyLink did not allow me to rewrite my outbound caller id - but somehow the names are getting transmitted.

    I am sure this is part of the SIP Fields - would this be "From: Display Name" ?

    I am just asking for my own information - I think it is cool that they can see this information...
