question call reporter

    Hi,

    I have 3 call queue's. In the call reporter I can see reports with information about this queue's.
    But I want to see every external number which have called a queue.
    So, for my support-department I want to see each number which have tried to reach our support.
    I have an inboud rule which forward each call to an extension. On this extension I have specified forward rules to a call queue and on this extention I also specified specific hours (because each call queue have different hours).

    Are you using the Standard Edition or the Call Centre Edition?

    Hi,

    The way you are wanting to do this, you have really 2 options:

    1. Investigate the web reports individually and see if you are able to achieve your requirement.

    2. Investigate the possible use of the CDR functionality.
