Question regarding 3CX predictive dialer

    I read this great article https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-predictive-dialer/

    However, I have one question. In this application, there is no cycle, or increment or index, which causes the next number to be retrieved from the database.

    Maybe I did not understand something?

    Hello @igor.snezhko,

    There are different approachs you can use. The idea here is that the index information is into the database, so when you ask for a new number to call, you update the index as well.

    But you can use the approach shown here for text files and keep that index in memory:
