Question regarding chat and HIPAA requirements

    If a remote user uses chat on their smartphone to another user on the system, is the transmission encrypted from the smartphone client to the 3CX system? A potential client inquired about this.

    Hello @Chris Wheeler ,

    The chat is send through the Myphone protocol which is over SSL/TLS since https is used, thus making the transmission encrypted.
