Queue Agent Stats on WallBoard

    Hi all!

    IS there anyway i can extract the calls answered figure out of the queue stats so i can make a wallboard with the agents name and how many calls they have answered???

    Hi there, I'd suggest querying those data from reports tool and export to Excel spreadsheets to customize if needed.

    Is there anyway i could do an ODBC query to it to get live stats???

    Hi, I'm afraid database access is not supported nor recommended as it can lead to data corruption quite easily, and also as tables structure is subject to change on any versions upgrades.

    damm! i will raise this as an idea for next release. We need live stats on our tv screens in the call centre so people can see whos answered the most calls etc..
