Queue busy, hanging call

    Dear all,

    sometimes i can observe a strange situation.

    I have 2 extensions which are members of a call-queue. Both are logged in.
    Sometimes one of the members (always the same member) shows a call which lasts for a long time already. But there's no call in reality. 3CX however shows a call in the "active calls".
    During this time, the whole queue is busy and unreachable.

    When i kick out the orphaned call from "active calls", everything is back to normal.

    The phone of the affected extension has been changed already.

    Does anyone have an idea, what to check?

    Btw, I am running 3CX 15.5 SP1 on Debian 8.
