Queue call auto pickup

    Hello,

    We would like our callcenter agents to get a sound notification and after the the incomming call is automaticly beeing picked-up on the phone, is this possible using the 3cX callcenter edition? If yes, where do I need to configure this option(s)?

    You can do this at the phone level with auto-answer
