I have a queue setup for the receptionist that rings both a desk phone and a handset using 'ring all' as the polling strategy. This gives our receptionist the ability to accept calls while in the mail room, etc. on the handset. We have found that occasionally the handset will stop ringing and have to be removed and re-added to the queue to get it started again. We have had this experience with 2 handset vendors - Yealink and Aastra - both DECT wireless handsets. Anyone have trouble with the polling strategies in v12 or with handsets in a queue?
