Queue callback; remove 001

    When someone calls into our queue they have the option to "press 2 for a callback". If the caller presses 2 it says "you have requested a callback to 001-555-555-1212". How do I strip off the 001 from the beginning? Thanks!

    (This is on 3CX version 11)
