Hi,
I have a 4 user pro license and calls waiting on the queue each consume one license. So I can only have a maximum of four callers on the queue and the 5th caller gets the license limit prompt.
Is this how this is meant to work? If so, doesn't this defeats the purpose of a queue, which is, to handle more calls than the available capacity?
