Queue Calls License Usage

Hi,

I have a 4 user pro license and calls waiting on the queue each consume one license. So I can only have a maximum of four callers on the queue and the 5th caller gets the license limit prompt.

Is this how this is meant to work? If so, doesn't this defeats the purpose of a queue, which is, to handle more calls than the available capacity?
 
correct, ever call between A and B is a Call. Now they are queues up and each one is to bill.
For a short time another license is used to call from the queue the agent. Once agent and caller are merged it is again A to B and one call.

No, it does not defeat the usage of it, you have just to many calls for your license.
 
Each call is a sip connection. Time to upgrade.
