Queue details

    Hi,

    We are using the Call Control API v14 to get information out of 3CX.

    One the outstanding items are queue lengths. - Any way to obtain this from AN api?

    Call Control gives me the list of Queues, but can't seem to get mor details on them.

    Hi Dawid,

    The information in real time for the queue is not available through any API. Using the Call Control API you will see the configuration of the queue, but not the calls actually waiting.

    You can pull the active queue stats from the stats options from the call control API. It isn't in realtime and you will be behind by a few seconds as you would need to wait for the service to write out the stats on each queue. It does work in the meantime for a wallboard as the webclient isn't out yet if you want to see multiple queues at once (granted a few sec behind)
