We have about 25 sales people in our call center and we expect a certain number of them to be logged in at all times. The only way we know how many are logged in now, is to count them in the Presence Information screen. Ideally, it would be nice to show how many are logged into the queue on the presence information screen right with the other queue information. Additionally, not necessarily needed, but it would be nice to have a threshold set and email the Queue Manager if it falls below it. For example, we have a Logged In threshold of 15 and we have less than 15 people logged into the queue, it will send email to Queue Manager. This would make it easier for the manager and for the salespeople to know when they can and cannot log out of the queue if it can be easily seen; that is how many are currently logged in.
