Queue Manager option

    Dear 3CX Community,

    this is my first post in this forum. :roll: :oops: :D

    On my test 3cx system (3cx pro; 4 channels) i configured 2 call queue with several agents.

    On my 3CX Softphone (Switchboard) im trying to add/remove agents from these 2 queues. But i can only add/remove my own extension with which im currently logged into the softphone.
    I already gave this user "manager rights" to alls extensions in this group -> no sucess.

    Could you please tell me where i setup a queue manager user.

    I already viewed all 3cx tutorials regarding call queues. But i could not find this particular "queue manager" right anywhere.

    Under the queue settngs in advanced set the queue manager extension number

    Hello Samuel,

    found it!!

    I guess i wasnt looking for a sub menu because they arent usual in the 3cx mgmt interface.
    Anyway, thank you very much!! :D :D
