Queue member doesn't ring

    I have one user who I have since deleted the extension and phone and re added and yet their phone never rings or shows red on other blf when ringing her queue. I can get her ring group to ring and her extension to ring but her extension doesn't ring for queue calls.

    Going nuts on this one.

    Phone is Htek-862 and all other extensions work fine.

    Yes, one extension in a queue is not ringing. I have logged out and logged back into the queue. I rebooted the phone. I reprovisioned the phone. I even reset the phone to factory and started from scratch to no avail

    I deleted and recreated the extension. This solved the problem.
