Queue not avilable

    Not very oftern, but someome someone will inform us that they get a messages saying when about to join a queue, that is is not avilable and just hangs up their call. I have looked at the server actitivy log and around these times I can see the below log entry:

    20-Nov-2013 10:09:25.157 [CM503020]: Call(C:1194): Normal call termination. Call originator: Queue:170. Reason: Not available

    Any ideas what could be wrong?

    Capacity issue?

    If you set the logs to Verbose (to give additional information), and also check the time period just prior to the failed call, you might get a clue as to what is causing this.
