Queue & Ring Group Name

    Since, moving to VOIP Truck, we don't see any more the name of the Queue the call is in, either on the Yealkink Phone or 3CX Switchboard. We see the anoymous:0300101xxxx[aynoymous] We used to see (from memory) it on the phones and within 3CX Myphone. We are still on V14.5 at the moment. Any ideas how we can get this back?

    It could be a number of things...

    a change of options when the new trunk was installed.

    the queue name is being pushed off the screen by whatever is now being displayed (longer than previously?)

    You mention that the name used to be from the phone memory...that would be a name matching the incoming number (not a queue name), do you still get caller ID of any sort?

    We do get caller ID OK, it just used to display the Queue name as well, This was useful that we could see the queue the call was in, so could answer the phone in different ways depending on the queue it was coming in on.

    We get :03001010xxx[0845XXXXXX]

    From memory we used to get:
    HelpDesKQ:03001010xxx[0845XXXXXX]
    Q Call is in:Called Number[Caller ID]
