Queues and how they work

    I am a newbe and this is part of my learning process, I am trying to understand queues and how they work

    I created 2 queues and made extension 200 an agent for both queues, for the extension I provisioned a windows soft phone with the 200 extension and for that extension I created BLF's for login and logout

    On the soft phone client I gave a "Q" next to the phone and voice mail icon which gets greyed out when I click the BLF for login it stands out -

    How do I know what queue I have access to?

    Any documentation that would help be understand this process would be appreciated

    From what i have seen on our test set up here, you will log into both Q's when logging in. I can't find anywhere that says you can log into one and not the other.
