Queues not forwarding after timeout

    Hi,

    Since the latest service pack we experience that calls coming in our main queue are not being forwarded to the specified queue after the timeout period. What can I do to fix this, cause we are missing a lot of calls this way.

    Anyone who knows what to do or what tot test in this situation?

    Hello @Prometheus DBA

    Can you please let me know the master timeout of the Queue as well as the ringing timeout? Also what is the duration of your music on hold?

    Hi Yiannish Master, and ringing timeout is both set on 120 seconds. Hold music is USprogressive.

    This is a known issue and we are currently looking into this. Can you please set your timers to 125 seconds and try again?

    @YiannisH_3CX does this help? And is there comming a patch for this cause this is a crucial fault for us.

    The issue will be addressed in the next release. I have replicated your issue and setting the timers to 125 seconds bypasses the issue

    Hi Yiannish_3CX, your solution seems to work. Thank you for that. For now it will do as a work arround, but when will the next patch be released? cause I have multiple queues, and i dont want them all with a timeout of 125 seconds.
