queues un-registering

Hi

We are getting an issue when a lot of our queues keep un-registering a couple of times a day, a restart of the queue manager service re-registers them, we are running the latest version of 3cx and the server has been rebooted
 
We have observed this on some customers and have a pre-release hotfix for this. A member from support will contact you via PM shortly

What is the exact PBX version you are using? You can see that on the Dashboard under the information column next to the licence.
Also are you running windows or linux?

Windows Server 2016.
3CX Version 15.5.9348.3
Since the latest 3CX update we have this strange issue.

3CX Version 15.5.10244.4 on Win 2008R2 Server
Since the latest 3CX update we have also this strange issue.

Please note that the patch you are referring to is included to the latest version of the PBX (the one you are running) as the issue affected users that were running SP3. That would suggest that you are facing a different issue that causes the queue manager service to stop. I would recommend to open a ticket with our support department if you have the ability to do so as this may require a deeper look into the system. You can also ask your reseller or a 3CX partner to open a ticket for you if you do not have the ability directly.

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard under the Information column, next to the licence.
Please note that the fix for this issue is included in the latest release of the PBX so if you have updates pending you will need to upgrade your PBX to the latest version
