Hey Guys
I've got a weird thing happening with my clients VOIP phone system and also my own.
The first 3-6 seconds of the phone call is really quiet for the callers end.
I did a search through the 3CX forums and FAQ's but couldn't find anything related to "quiet phone calls". Maybe I didn't type the write search query! hehe
Here's the setup:
My clients is running 3CX using VOIP and cabled Yealink SIP-T26P phones. I'm looking to upgrade to the latest 3CX with them, but I have to update the firmware on their phones first.
I'm running 3CX using PABX and Siemens Gigaset C470IP wireless phones.
Would anyone know what could be causing this issue? Is it a gain or a codec issue? Where should I look first to start diagnosing the issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Kind Regards
Aaron
