Random RTP Loss Issues....

    Hello,

    I have had 3cx installed and configured for a few months now and everything seems to be working correctly.
    But every so often a call will come through and I will not be able to hear any audio, some times a call will come in and the client will also not be able to hear any audio.

    I believe this is due to this statement in the error log...

    12:28:50.406 [MS105000] C:106.1: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=91.xxx.xxx.xxx:57302,extAddr=92.xxx.xxx.xxx:9016,localAddr=92.xxx.xxx.xxx:9016

    The RTP Ports are configured to be 9000 - 9049
    These Ports have been opened on the router on the exact same range.

    The router is a "Netgear DGN1000" I have tried the setting "Disable SIP ALG" in the router options but it doesn't make any difference.

    If the ports are open, and most of the time we can hear audio BOTH WAYS then what could be blocking it randomly?

    Apologies if I have missed something very basic, 3cx is still quite new to me...

    Bump!

    Ok so we have worked out that this seems to be localised to any callers calling in from not BT provisioned lines.

    Does anyone have any information or advice on things I could try to figure out why certain calls only get one-way audio?
    The only thing that seems to make any relevance is the " No RTP packets were received " entry in the log, but if it was RTP related then surly this would effect "ALL" calls.?!
