RATING OUT BOUND CALLS

    ne very important feature that most of the companies need is:

    1. option to rate calls and see the usage of any employee
    2. option to reroute calls if one route fails

    lock-picking


    Your product is very nice and coming from asterisks background it is made for any one

    it already does these things.

    there is already a cdr program for call details and there is a default costing system for calls.

    there are 3 routes possible for a call in an outbound rule. if the route is unavailable it should fail to the second.

    Is there an EASY way to export the CDR records and billing totals into a MySQL database for storage?

    I'm a 3CX newbie :roll:

    Do you know of any way that 3CX can automatically send everything into the MySQL database say daily, hourly, etc?
