RC2 softphone HOLD problem.

    using soft phone RC2 - User puts call on hold. Then picks the call back up. If the user puts the caller back on hold the call is hung up on. reverted softphone back to version 8 and problem went away.

    I'm not 100% sure i'm on the newest softphone - 4.0.13557.0 - I think I am. I can not reproduce this issue with this version.

    Hi, are the calls coming from a voip provider when this happens?
    Also can you send us full logs -
    1.Go to Settings > Advance > Verbose Logs
    2.Restart Phone System and replicate.
    3.Also it would be grate if you send us a wirshark capture when this happens.

    The calls are internal sip to sip and external though sangoma netboarder express. I will try to get you the log files later

    Hi, if you send us full logs and captures we can understand where the problem is coming form.
    Please ensure you are using latest firmware.
