    There are two many steps to see the queue status of an extension, you could in previous versions see the status in the dashboard, now you need to use the dashboard in combination with the 3cx client to see which queue a user is logged in to. A clearer view and control of this would save a lot of admin time.

    Totally agree with this. It used to be a simple process to verify extension status. Now you need the Web Client to see extension status. ++NotGood.

    Agreed.

    We need to see the status of each Ext on the Extension Screen the way we used to see it will all Ext. at a glance. We need something better than going Ext. by Ext.

    Suggestion, If it is a space issue, replace the password with Status. The password can already be seen on the Phone Screen.
