    I get the following error on one specific number:

    Hello @Hans Kuhl

    Please do make sure, that you are using the latest supported firmware(you can find all the supported firmware here), that you have configured port forwarding correctly and that you have disabled SIP ALG.

    Thanks for reply, but where can I format all outgoing numbers to this "<sip:+49..." format ?
    PS: obviously most of outbound calls, about 99% do work!.....

    could you determine where the 040XXX number originated from?
    An extension?
    Incoming from another trunk forward to external?

    from an extension, we use phone model "Yealink T21P E2" with latest firmware
    other destinations in this city work, the called number is reachable by mobile phone.

    Log after adding outbound rule to format number:

    If the issue is only with the specific number and you have tried the correct format then i would suggest the next step is to contact your provider and ask them why the calls to this specific number are rejected. If the not acceptable here message originates from their IP then they should be able to provide some insight as to what the issue is
