Hi,
I'm using rebound on my phones for when out of the office etc, however the problem i have is that i have an answer phone on my mobile, and if a caller comes through using rebound, and i dont quite get to my mobile in time, i get a message on my mobile for as long as the caller stays on the line for saying 'you have a call from....' and then the person on the phone gets stuck in a loop, unable to leave a message anywhere.
Is there a way to specify a maximum amount of time that the system will call rebound before it then goes back to the 3cx voicemail?
