Recall or return call

    Hi, how can I configure my 3cx central with a callback feature? Only with extensions. I don't want this feature with queues.

    I appreciate your help. It looks like that this feature doesn't works with isolated extensions (internal calls), only queues.

    You can always up-vote one of the feature suggestions. It is a common offering on both PSTN lines, and other PBXs.
