Receive multiple lines from a call queue?

    Hi guys,

    What I'm looking for is a way on a Cisco-SPA504G to receive more then 1 call from a Call Queue, I have setup the system to allow multiple lines etc, however it appears that when a call comes into the Queue it just ignores the phone if its line is in use?

    Is there anyway to change this?

    Try to register the same SIP-ID on multiple lines.

    Making it like a ring group? Why not create a ring group then... The Queue's whole idea is to distribute calls based on phone status.
