Received / Outbound calls list empty in 3CX User portal

    Hi,

    I have a problem on several installatons with that Received and Outbound calls don´t list in the 3CX User Portal. Missed calls are shown but the two other ones are empty.

    I´m running v8 (latest) with Cassini on Windows XP SP3 (32-bit) and Win 2008 (64-bit).
    CDR is set to single file.

    Something I´ve missed to configure or any ideas..?

    The received and outbound calls are not routed via an other extension or ID?

    Hi Henk,

    No, they are all direct calls made from ordinary extensions with Grandstream phones (GXP-2000/1200/2010).
    They are routed via a VOIP provider (only one exists).
