    Hi Support,

    the receptionist should see the calllogs (success, missed) of the queue/ring calls in the front-end.
    This is for our customer an existential function to use the reception function.

    additional it should be possible to seleced the call in the history/calllog (forwareded, incoming, outgoing, success, missed, abandoned) and forward/copy the information of the caller to a email.

    at the moment only "copy to clipboard" is possible.

    other system assists:
    - send to mail, system copy the number automatically to the mail template
