Receptionist should see called number

    Dear all,

    we have a receptionist, who is agent of a call-queue.
    When someone (from external) called an extension and this extension did not pick up, the call gets forwarded to the reception-queue.

    Now, the receptionist, does not see, who was called initially, before falling back to the reception.

    How can I manage for the receptionist to see, who has been called initially?
