receptionist switchboard

    i am wondering the best way for our receptionist to manage the incoming calls. there will be 4 - 6 lines and 24 extensions when everything is set up. is there a phone that anyone has used and can recommend or is there some piece of software that can be used to do this? thanks in advance for your help.

    use the callasistant, it displaysall lines, and extension in use or not.

    The receptionist at a customer of mine like it. So be sure to check it out.
