Receptionist transfers call and extention doesn't stop ringi

    We have been having the issue lately where the receptionist will transfer the call to a extention and the extention will ring without ever going to voicemail. The extentions are set to goto voice mail after 15 seconds.

    We are using version ll.4a with yealink 32g phones. The receptionist can pick up the call again so it's not a dead call per say. The phone had rang for over two minutes. Any ideas would be greate.

    Was this a blind, or attended transfer?

    based on the phone settings transfer mode via dss key is set to blind transfer, should it be attended and what does that actually mean?

    If all other options for the extension are correct, it should not make a difference.

    Who has this IP? Is this happening with any other extensions?

    BYE is coming from extension 333..... I would first go to extensions status node--->voicemail and assure voice mail is enabled in that extension. I'd then check forwarding rules for that extension according to your rules it should say "if the call is not answered within 15" send to my voicemail.
