    Hello,

Subject components works fine if user presses DTMF key or record duration > MaxTime.
But if user hangs up the phone without DTMF - audio data from Record component is lost.
(Record component work fine and send 'voicemail.wav' via email also (DTMF, Final Silence))

Is it possibly to save (and send through E-mail sender) 'voicemail.wav' from Record Component if user hangs up the phone during recording?

PS: Some peoples don't press any key after recording :(

    Thnx.

    Hi,

This seems to be a bug. We'll fix it very soon.

This should work in the following way: if the user hangs up the call, the callflow continues the execution in the disconnect handler flow. There you can put an E-mail sender component to send the recorded audio attached. But currently if the call is disconnected while executing the record component, the audio file is not saved to disk, so you can not send it in the disconnect handler.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll inform you when we release a new version with this fix.
