Record forwarded call

    Is that possible that call that is being forwarded to external number like a cell phone can be recorded?

    For a call to be recorded an extension of the PBX must be involved in the call. Since the call originates from an external number and it is forwarded to a different external number the audio does not pass through the PBX once the call is forwarded. So there is no way the audio can be recorded since it is not passing through the PBX.
