Solved Record message from extension

    In version 15 SP4 (at least in Linux version) is not possible to record a message from extension -- from example in digital receptionist or in queue settings. Looks like a bug. I haven't tested uploading a prerecorded file.
    Any clue ?

    Was this possible in previous versions? I was under the impression that only personal voice-mailbox outgoing messages could be recorded from a handset and that all others had to be uploaded as a file

    Hi there,

    We have tested this on both versions (Windows and Linux) and we didn't have any problem, please send us a screenshot if you have any popup error to investigate this issue further.

    It is now working with latest patch for Linux: 15.0.61203.0, but not with 15.0.60903.0
    However it is OK now.
