Solved Record Voice Prompt WAV File Error

    Hello All,

    Have a slightly odd issue on our 3CX system today, want to setup the Digital Receptionist to handle the inbound calls more effectively. Create one on 800, go to record voice prompt from my handset but the web console just gives me an WAV file error. I have attached a screenshot! Can't see anything on here with anyone with the same issue, any thoughts?

    Solved it myself!

    Turns out it's down to the actual website coding and browser. Looked at web console from iPad and it worked exactly as should!
